At The Full Life Australia, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit, subject to the terms below.

 

Exchanges & Store Credit

Exchanges for a different size or style (subject to availability)

Store Credit if the item you want is unavailable

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition

  • Proof of purchase is required

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size choice, or unwanted gifts. Please check our size guides carefully before purchasing.​​​

 

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your return without tracking.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us at thefulllifeaustralia@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will organise a replacement, repair or store credit in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

 

How to exchange an item or get store credit

 

  1. Email us at thefulllifeaustralia@gmail.com with your order number and details of your return.

  2. Wait for return instructions and confirmation.

  3. Send your item to the return address provided.
